All Items are eligible for return exempt the products that are:

• If the size and the measurements are required and selected by your side, the product is unreturnable
• Custom designs based on client preferences
• You must inform us within 24 hours if you are dissatisfied with the dress, be aware that, in order to initiate a return request, the client's agent must provide a photo of the dress tried on.

REFUND POLICY

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30days of your purchase, from the time you received the order.In order for the product to be eligible for a Refund, make sure these conditions are met:

• Returned items must
• returned in original product packaging.      
• Product must be returned in its original packaging

Please, be aware that there may be differences in color due to photo editing and the quality of different monitors or screens.Aside from these conditions there are product that can be returned but are not refundable as stated in the following:If the product you have received turns out to be defective, (save for direct warranty products which are discussed below), please notify us as soon as reasonably possible after you become aware of the defect.After we receive your product, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund.

CLIENT RIGHTS ON A REFUND 

• 24 hours after you complete the payment of purchase, you have the right to initiate a full-refund.
• From 1 to 14 days, you will get 60% of your payment 
• from 14to 60days you will get 50% of your payment
